We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team. All roles work within our Construction CRM OS and support delivery across Southwest Florida.
You will own the full sales cycle: leads, pipeline, and follow-through to signed proposals and contracts. You will maintain clients and properties in our CRM and work closely with estimating and project management so every handoff is clear and traceable.
We use one platform for all customer data, so you will work inside the Construction CRM OS daily—no spreadsheets or disconnected tools. Your focus is Southwest Florida: residential and general contracting clients in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties.
We look for candidates with experience in construction or related sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep pipeline and follow-up organized.

Sales & CRM

You will build and maintain estimates, templates, and the price book in our estimating module. You will support proposals with accurate takeoffs and versioning so every quote is tied to a single source of truth and can be handed off cleanly to project management and job costing.
You will work in the Construction CRM OS alongside sales and project teams. Projects range from new homes and remodels to repairs and multi-trade work (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete) across Southwest Florida.
We look for estimators who are detail-oriented, comfortable with takeoffs and line-item pricing, and able to keep templates and price book up to date.

You will manage assigned projects from contract through completion. You will maintain schedules, daily logs, documents, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and change orders in our platform so clients and crews have one place for progress and decisions.
You will work in the Construction CRM OS and coordinate with dispatch, field supervision, and accounting. Projects include new construction, remodels, and repairs across Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota.
We look for project managers who are organized, communicative, and comfortable driving schedule and scope in a system-driven environment.

This tab covers two related areas. Dispatch: You will create and assign work orders to crews and vendors, track checklists and completion, and ensure photo evidence and SLA targets are met. Field supervision: You will complete assigned work orders with checklists and photos, and record daily logs and progress on site so project managers and clients have real-time visibility.
Both roles use the Construction CRM OS. Dispatch works from the dispatch board and vendor assignments; field roles work from assigned work orders and project sites across Southwest Florida.
