IBA runs every project on a single platform—our Construction CRM OS—so you get one point of contact, clear estimates, and full visibility from first quote to final punch list. We serve Southwest Florida (Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota) with general contracting, new construction, remodeling and repairs, and multiple trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and concrete.
Whether the scope is a single trade or a full build, we use the same system: itemized estimates, schedules, daily logs, work orders with checklists and photo evidence, change orders with updated budget and timeline, and job costing so you always know where the project and the numbers stand. Permits and inspections are handled in the counties we serve; vendor and subcontractor compliance (COI, W9, county licensing) is tracked so only current, qualified parties are assigned to your job.
We grow because our clients trust one platform for clear estimates, on-time delivery, and full visibility. From lead to close and from ground-breaking to punch list—one source of truth.
IBA focuses on Southwest Florida as a general contractor and construction manager. We serve homeowners, investors, and select commercial clients who want one team for new builds, remodels, repairs, and multiple trades—backed by one platform for estimates, delivery, and compliance.
Use our Get a Quote form or contact us by phone or email. Tell us the type of work, location (county or address), and any timeline. We schedule a consultation and provide an itemized estimate from our system, so everything is tied to one project from the start.
We serve Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties in Southwest Florida—including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Punta Gorda, Venice, Sarasota, and surrounding communities. We are familiar with local permit and licensing requirements in these areas.
Yes. We identify required permits for your project and pull them in the counties we serve. Inspections are scheduled and documented. Permit timing is included in the project schedule so there are no surprises.
IBA is properly licensed and insured. We require all vendors and subcontractors to maintain current Certificates of Insurance (COI) and W9 forms. County licensing for our service area is tracked in our system; we do not assign work to anyone whose compliance has lapsed, so you stay protected.
Changes are documented as formal change orders. We update the estimate and schedule, then get your approval before proceeding. The system tracks all change orders so budget and timeline stay current. We recommend discussing changes as early as possible to minimize cost and delay.
