IBA construction and project delivery in Southwest Florida

How We Deliver Your Project

IBA runs every project on a single platform—our Construction CRM OS—so you get one point of contact, clear estimates, and full visibility from first quote to final punch list. We serve Southwest Florida (Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota) with general contracting, new construction, remodeling and repairs, and multiple trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and concrete.

Whether the scope is a single trade or a full build, we use the same system: itemized estimates, schedules, daily logs, work orders with checklists and photo evidence, change orders with updated budget and timeline, and job costing so you always know where the project and the numbers stand. Permits and inspections are handled in the counties we serve; vendor and subcontractor compliance (COI, W9, county licensing) is tracked so only current, qualified parties are assigned to your job.

We grow because our clients trust one platform for clear estimates, on-time delivery, and full visibility. From lead to close and from ground-breaking to punch list—one source of truth.

What We Do

From first contact to final punch list, every step runs in one system so you have a single source of truth and full visibility.
  • Itemized estimates — Clear, versioned quotes tied to one project record from day one.
  • Schedules & daily logs — Real-time progress, weather, and work performed so you stay informed.
  • Work orders with checklists & photo evidence — Dispatch, completion, and quality documented in one place.
  • Change orders with approval — Scope and budget updates documented and signed before we proceed.
  • Job costing & visibility — Budget vs. actual by project and trade so you see where the numbers stand.
  • Permits & inspections — We pull permits in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota and keep inspections on schedule.
  • Vendor & subcontractor compliance — COI, W9, and county licensing tracked; only current, qualified parties are assigned to your job.

Our Market & Commitment

IBA focuses on Southwest Florida as a general contractor and construction manager. We serve homeowners, investors, and select commercial clients who want one team for new builds, remodels, repairs, and multiple trades—backed by one platform for estimates, delivery, and compliance.

  • Geographic focus — Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties; we know local permit and building requirements.
  • Residential & select commercial — New homes, remodels, repairs, and trade work (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete) under one roof.
  • One platform, one point of contact — No scattered spreadsheets or disconnected tools; you get clarity from quote to close.
  • Compliance built in — Licenses, COI, W9, and county requirements tracked so your project stays protected.
  • Efficient delivery — Same system for small repairs and large builds so we stay on schedule and on budget.

Common Questions

Quick answers about how we work. For more, see our FAQ or request a quote.

Use our Get a Quote form or contact us by phone or email. Tell us the type of work, location (county or address), and any timeline. We schedule a consultation and provide an itemized estimate from our system, so everything is tied to one project from the start.

We serve Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties in Southwest Florida—including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Punta Gorda, Venice, Sarasota, and surrounding communities. We are familiar with local permit and licensing requirements in these areas.

Yes. We identify required permits for your project and pull them in the counties we serve. Inspections are scheduled and documented. Permit timing is included in the project schedule so there are no surprises.

IBA is properly licensed and insured. We require all vendors and subcontractors to maintain current Certificates of Insurance (COI) and W9 forms. County licensing for our service area is tracked in our system; we do not assign work to anyone whose compliance has lapsed, so you stay protected.

Changes are documented as formal change orders. We update the estimate and schedule, then get your approval before proceeding. The system tracks all change orders so budget and timeline stay current. We recommend discussing changes as early as possible to minimize cost and delay.
