Kitchen & Bath Remodel — Naples, Collier County

This project is an example of how IBA delivers residential remodeling in Southwest Florida: a full kitchen and master bathroom renovation for a homeowner in Naples (Collier County). From the first estimate to final punch list, the job was run on our Construction CRM OS so the client had one point of contact, itemized pricing, and full visibility of schedule and budget.

Scope included kitchen cabinetry and countertops, new plumbing and fixtures in the master bath, tile work, and coordination of permits and inspections with the local building department. We phased the work to minimize disruption and tracked every change order and daily log in the same platform we use for estimates and job costing. All trade partners and subcontractors were compliant with current COI, W9, and county licensing requirements before assignment.
